Born and raised in Los Angeles, I have firsthand knowledge of traffic patterns and routes throughout Southern California. Growing up living off Hauser and Venice Boulevard, I attended Hamilton High School, where I played baseball and traveled to games across the region at Palisades High, University High, Venice High, and Crenshaw High.
My early local career included working at the Cultured Cow in the Century City plaza where the historic Century Plaza Hotel once stood—where I recall President Reagan staying back in 1983. Back then, I navigated the Westside by riding my moped to work, taking Airdrome to Beverly Glen, turning right onto Pico Boulevard, and heading right onto Century Park East to reach the plaza. I later purchased my first car, a red 1963 Toyota Corona that I affectionately called the “Eggbeater.”
Years of driving throughout Southern California—from my early days cruising Westside corridors to navigating major regional arteries like the I-405, I-5, SR-73, I-10, SR-91, and I-15—have given me firsthand familiarity with Los Angeles streets and backstreets from east to north, south to west. Spending my childhood summers in Columbia, Mississippi, also instilled an appreciation for the genuine Southern hospitality and personal attention that continue to influence how I serve my clients today.
