Customer satisfaction is a major part of what we do! AAA customer satisfaction is what Ride N’ Relax is all about!

So I decided to post what customers are saying about Ride N’ Relax of Rancho Cucamonga! I picked them up Curbside at Ontario Airport and Dropped them Off at an Ontario Hotel near Ontario Airport after 6 hours!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Ride N Relax! Can’t say enough good things about our experience. I was worried we would get an aggressive driver but we got an exceptionally good driver who kept safe distance in traffic and did not make frequent or sudden lane changes – we felt 100% safe the entire trip. If you have fears about driving yourself around the LA area, spend the money and hire a driver! Patrick has been driving in LA his entire life and will get you around town safely and efficiently. Not sure how we got so lucky to have found this company but we are grateful for his help getting around the area without undue stress.

Ride N’ Relax was fantastic. Patrick show up on time very pleasant ride to LAX. Van was extremely clean, nice jazz music playing and comfortable. I would hire him again!

First elite since Covid and our old exec car service no longer available. We tried Ride ‘n Relax to/from Ontario Airport from Fullerton and we’ve got a new favorite. On time, great car, super service and adaptable. When we got caught in the American Airlines chais with bad westher in Dallas and changed our arrival times and dates twice after initial scheduling–no problem! When our baggage didn’t arrive he waited patiently until our claim was processed. Arranged for airport pickup in the handicap zone to make it easier for us to walk further than we could handle after a stressful journey. Patrick and George are both great.
