In order to do business at LAX companies must have an LAX permit! Santa Ana John Wayne and Ontario Airports also require airport permits! In order to have an airport permit, a company needs to apply to each individual airport requiring a permit! Without the proper permit Vehicles will be cited, towed and impounded! The proper “A” Rated Insurance is Required in order to obtain an airport permit! Companies MUST HAVE an ACTIVE TCP issued by The CPUC! TCP Transportation Charter Permit! Issued by The California Public Utilities Commission! You can also make complaints about Transportation Charter Companies to the CPUC. In fact complaining to the CPUC is more effective than a negative review! CPUC can REVOKE a companies TCP! Thereby rendering that company illegal to do business in California!!
